COURSE DESCRIPTION:

 

With proper phone etiquette conversations go smoothly. With proper dining etiquette, the dining experience is more memorable and less clumsy. With proper public place etiquette, public gatherings and outing are more enjoyable. When you dress well you are addressed well. Etiquette makes for more effective outcomes and a better life in general.

 

LEARNING OUTCOMES

I’m this training, participants will:

  • Be able to show politeness to people of varying age, sex, physical fitness while communicating and performing sports.
  • Know general home etiquette which includes giving courtesies, responding to surprises, avoiding bad habits and etiquette with parents and servants.

  • Learn how to start, join an active conversation and end a conversation. This also involves proper way to communicate.

  • Gain insight on Non-verbal communication etiquette which includes how to sit in public, hand shaking, leg crossing, body language and facial expression.

  • Increase their awareness of both personal and interpersonal communication etiquette. Also learn how to communicate with people with different personality types. 

  • Learn proper phone etiquette.

  • Know before, during and after meal manners. Participants will also understand restaurant, regular course, “difficult to eat foods”, buffet, wine and tea party etiquette.

  • Understand how to behave in an airplane, bus, taxi, elevator, staircase, hotel, supermarket, office and general public place etiquette.

  • Understand how to set up wardrobe, combine colors, dress for both formal and informal occasions, dress according to body types and avoid dressing errors.
