Our emotions give us the push we need passion, zeal. If the emotions, the mood at work is poor, morale low, it can easily ruin the corporate objective. If on the other hand the emotions are right, it could make the difference in output and productivity.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
I’m this training, participants will:
- Master the art of transiting from wandering thought realm
to the dominant thought realm. - Understand how all toxic emotions are connected and how to deal with each one from the source.
- Be able to use pain as a tool in repositioning emotions.
- Be armed with the know how in at least twelve different areas they can quiet their emotions.
The coach will:
- Know how well each participant is in terms of parameters like stress levels and sleep quality.
- Ascertain if the participants exhibit any signs of emotional weakness and access their level of emotional strength.
